Need help Ebay MC011
 

I need help resolve an ebay MC011 , early last year my account was restricted to a low selling limit due to low dsr , however I was able to get to a great standing in November by selling only used business marchindizes , everything was good then I got hit with a MC011, I provided everything to them , with ID , bank statement, and receipts ( saying 4 pallets of miscellaneous audio equipment the other two describing the exact item ) , the only problem is that I buy from recyclers in small truck loads , and not everything is listed in the receipts, the rest are normally describe as miscellaneous, they want specific merchandise on the receipts , and recyclers told me they cant go back in their records and modify a receipt for items sold over 5 months ago, and if I need that in the future I will need to cover the cost of the labor required for this

I just need help to get over this hurdle

either submit the receipts you do have and state mixed pallets or modify the details...receipts are pretty easy hurdle.....

If everything else seems so much of a hassle, just modify the receipts using Photoshop or the likes
