ebay account restricted

can someone plese let me know how to respond to this. ive one personal ebay and one business ebay and my personal one just got a mc011. its like 7 years old and i just wanted to start dropshipping so i have a bunch of listings just put up. i figured that old would be fine but i guess not. i tol the lady im drop shipping and she said just write a letter explaining whats going on and they should accept that since i dont have receipts. how true is taht?

now my business one which i just got back a few months ago just got restricted and is saying because i may be associated with another member and its asking me if to select an option.

1. im the owner of this account
2. im not the owner of this account but may be able to explain why its associated
3. i dont know this account at all.

do i just selected the first one or do i lie about it? i dont want to get 2 accounts hosed. my business one still has the listings up as of right now but i cannot list anything else as it says my selling limits are used for this month.

my busienss one was suspended for like 8 months and while i didnt risk selling or anything on my personal one because my business i was getting back i didnt get anything before regarding linked accounts on any of them.

well you are already linked together.
Either you have used the same sign up info on both accounts, logged into both on the same pc or user account and/ used the same IP address for both.

What is the reason for the restriction?

i havent used the same pc but the same ip yes. though its always been that way before my other one got suspended and i didnt get a notice like that.

i got the mc011 on my personal account. i started doing some dropship listings and listed a few hundred. this fn right after i just called them to get a limit increase which they just gave me. the lady said its not because i called in it would have happened anyway but i dunno.

It doesn't matter what answer you give them, they've already linked your accounts and there is nothing you can do to convince them otherwise. Trust me. Or not, your choice. But I know this to be a fact.

You will have to move on to new accounts at this point..

why they dont ever give back selling if you get the mc011?
