suspended for almost 2 years. can i start a new ebay account?should i?
 

ok i was indefinitely suspended from ebay almost 2 years ago (april 2014).in that time i started up amazon and had an alternate ebay account i used through a family member(never got linked). now that ebay and paypal are no longer connected as companies i thought,should i start a brand new ebay account? would it link me still? and possibly shut down the ebay account ive been using? just very curious dont want to mess anything up.:help: thanx guys

i was suspened in april 2014 because i was at 1.01% of items not as described (15 of 1489) under the old ebay seller standards.everything else i was fine.
