my cousin wants to give me his account, need advice
 

hi, i got suspended from ebay for crap reasons, i was all legit. now im looking to get back onto ebay, and i dont feel like doing all that stealth stuff. my cousin offered to give me his ebay and paypal account to use. i want to start using it but i know i need to clean up before. what do i need to do so i wont get linked? i need to change my ip, but what else. also, i tried to reset my modem and that didnt change my ip, what should i do? thanks

You will still need to know the Stealth Basics, or will have another account ruined by being linked.

Nobody is going to give you a bullet-point guide on how to run an ebay account... you're starting from nothing, you should really pick up the book... everyone's happy to give their thoughts and experience to focused questions, but asking blanket questions and showing no incentive to find information on your own doesn't go over well here.

Pick up a copy of the stealth guide.

It will make your life a lot easier.

Enjoy ruining your cousins account, why come asking for advice if you don't feel like doing "all that stealth stuff" ?

Welcome to the forums OP.

1. Learn ALL about stealth.

2. Make your own accounts.

3. a) Either use cousin's account once you know how to do so or b) Don't use it and rely on your own stealth accounts.

He wants to give it to you voluntarily or you asked him to give it to you? Either one, do not get involved with real information and family members, just go stealth way.

I messed my sisters acc up before I joined the forum...

if I was using her details now, I would do so carefully, and they would be pretty safe, as do not make habit of losing accs

.... My fear with real details though, is stuff which is out of my control eg a massive chargeback etc.......if I were to use details, my own or friends now, it would be for low value stuff...

stealth is harder for number of reasons but actually on the other hand protective in way...

using others info is really not recommended around here.
You can get your cousin in a lot trouble
a remember your will have to file taxes under their name , so with their income and the paypal payout, you and him/ her will have a lot of paper work to go thru and fill out.
