How can I contact Ebay online on chat

I need to ask them a question, but I can't talk to them as I'm a girl and my account is a guy. How do I contact them through live chat and what will they make you verify, so I can be prepared. Thank you

You can call, if they ask are you the account owner say yes. They will never say , "are you a male or female because your name sounds like its male but your voice is female"

Live chat is a thing of the past - they have not had it as an option in a very long time.

Live Chat is still available on Ebay UK. The posts you are reading are no doubt made by the UK members of the forum.

Live chat is only available for NEW seller accounts for around 2 weeks. Then its gone (USA verified)

For eBay UK their is a method on how to get live chat up but my post has been moved to a subscription area not sure if it will work in France but works all the time for UK.
