Is it just me or St pattys day?
I've been messaging Aspkin for about a week now, only one customer support question, not multiple. And they're not responding, I've given them my ticket number, my customer service number that I was given when I purchased an account and they're not responding. Do they hate me or just not care? I understand, life happens, but when you buy something you should at least be entitled to an answer.
