NARU here, can I use ebay gift certificate w/ old paypal?

Hey, just joined, quick questions. Got the NARU after 9 years and linked to some user's account (nother story, anyway). I got a $100 gift certificate to ebay for Xmas I still haven't used. Can I create new ebay account, but use old paypal to use the gift cert? OR do I have to create new paypal too? Thanks in advance.

No, you will need a new paypal account to match a new
ebay account. That is part of what you do. Recommend you get eBay Stealth - Suspended eBay and Paypal Account Guide.
