Are VPNs the problem?
 

I had several accounts suspended today. They were all dormant accounts I was aging...The accounts that I actively use everyday and sell on were NOT taken down and they all have the same address on them so they should have all been taken down, none-the-less, I think they were taken down due to eBay detecting my VPN, the items I sell are not risky and like I said before, ONLY DORMANT accounts were suspended.

If the accounts are dormant, how is a VPN being used?

I'm just trying to figure out what makes you believe it is a VPN that did the accounts in? How long were these dormant for? And with eBay and PayPal, aging an account DOES help, but if you take an account and let it sit for 6 months, they will STILL subject you to the 21 day holds and all of that.

Also what type of VPN are you using? There are major differences in the TYPES and PROVIDERS of VPN's.

Had the dormant accounts had ID sent in?

No, was never asked for any documents ever.

That would be upsetting.

What was the notice? Could you explain what happened?

Had you signed into any, was there activity etc?

What set up are you using?

With more info we can help analyse better.
