if you phone they might ask you to supply invoices of your items . I woulid personally wait few months ,selling allowance will increase automatically.

selling high risk items via ebay has been always a question of debate here. it all depends on how you handle the situation and how well stablished your paypal account is, at least that's my personal experience. when i started selling high risk items and got suspended several times i learned. kept on selling high risk items and then nothing, all kept going good. i even started selling straight talk refills and still do and still all is good.
i got my increases for selling in my second months. how i did it? i always sent feedback right away, mailed item sooner, input tracking too (important even tho it's digital) always making feel good the customer. never gave reason to ebay to shut me down again and since then... im still here on ebay. my score has gone from 0 to 100. i've sold over $22k you do things right, and follow the advice from others here but as far as increasing limits... i'd increase my stock near to the limit close to the end of the month and i'd get automatically the increase.

you need to max out your listings then call ebay to request an increase. most of the time using their automated service will deny you. call them

1. List maximum amount of items.
2. Know the category where you will sell, what shipping carrier will you use.
3. Call ebay and say that you have 2000-3000 quantity of items. Which you want sell on ebay.

I have a new account for my sister for aLmost 3 months and we sold out 3 items, and since we are not located on US, we have to add shipping,so ebay allows 200USD with 250 items,So in this way am selling only one item a moth , its very difficult to increase sells ?
Any idea how to it,?
and is it possible withoput verification ?

Usually eBay will increase limits if you use up the limits every month and have a good track record.

Add shipping costs into the price and offer free shipping which will allow you to sell more, buyers are very discerning and will know that its a great deal with free shipping, try it with one listing if it increases your sales the listing limit will increase.

You can simply call eBay to increase your selling limits but remember to ask very nice and tell them that you have 15 different “personal” items that you want to sell.

If you get hit with an ID request and you can satisfy them with the info supplied you will get a good bump in the selling limits.

Go onto contact us link, then select account management/restrictions, then click on automated chat on the left hand side, then type in you want to speak to an agent, then hopefully you will get option of either phone call or live chat.

You must call eBay to increase them, you must have at least 1 sale and ten items published.
The problem is that they will lose verification with account questions, if it is stealthy you can lose the account

What i would recommend is to use those 10 items limits then once you reach 0 contact eBay customer support and they will increase the limits for you
