Nevada llc for new ebay/paypal
 

So I am opening a Stealth account by registering for a new EIN/TIN and starting a new LLC in NV.

I did have a few inquiries which I would be appreciative for:

1.) I have an established business already, that and my personal account were both suspended so when I file the LLC should I do it under my name or my established business?

2.) For the why requesting? This would be new business correct?

3.) Responsible Party: would this be the individual or my established business?

4.) My established business has employees, since it's really under the same place and I have worker's comp for my established business, could I have no employees for this business?

Any help would be appreciated greatly!
