ebay and ip addresses
 

Hi ive been doing eBay stealth for a while and haven't had a problem with eBay. My concern is i accidentally logged into a banned account. I would like to know if its possible that eBay will trace the IP address to my good stealth account and then ban me for sure?

They can, but in reality doing what you did every once in a while should not be a problem. But to be on the safe side you should have another account ready to go and take its place if the account goes down.

I have done this and gotten limited. i have done this and had nothing happen to the account. I think the reality is there is no answer. ebay is constantly running checks and such and if you get wrapped up in one they limit you. if not you are good.

Once shouldn't be an issue - continue to make this error will eventually put a temporary limitation either onto the eBay or worse the PayPal.

Use a spreadsheet and IPburger to keep IPs separate.
