Stuck at MC011 for 2 weeks now

So I am new here as you can see..
I have a 100 item/$5k Selling account in USA with 100+ feedback (mostly from purchases). All verified and linked with Paypal.
Recently I started selling a few products (a couple of which were software products in VERO). However everything I sold was perfectly genuine and all customers have been giving positive feedback for those.
The software I was selling was being sold by others too, and even though the company is enrolled in VERO, they never stopped anyone from selling that particular product.
So sales picked up, I reached my 100 item limit. Requested them to extend it. They obliged. A few hours later, got the MC011 restriction notice requesting me to furnish receipts and invoices for all my items.
Now I did have the genuine invoices for most of them.
Been 10 days since I submitted the docs. Haven't received any response yet.
Called them on Friday, and the rep said he was an Account Specialist and not authorized to look into reviews and invoice validation.
What should I do here? I am losing out on some sales here and they just don't respond at all!
Should I probably request the rep next time to transfer to a person of higher authority and be done with it? Or should I wait longer?
