Avoiding a suspension.

I have been previously suspended on eBay, and I now want to re-create a new one to sell my boat. The boat will obviously end up being several thousand dollars. I already know how to create the eBay account in such a manner that it won't be linked to my old account. My only concern is that if I list such an expensive item on a brand new account, what are the risks of my account being suspended for that? What could I do to minimize that risk?

Appreciate the help.

Consider listing in Classifieds** Check that out thoroughly B4 you list. Go thro' similar items, look at the presentations and see how you can match them and then list.
I end up saying this so often, all anyone of us can do is reduce the chances of suspension by using accounts correctly.

**If there is no category, then ebay motors is another area to check.**

I would buy a few things and give a new account about a month to marinate. Sell a few low priced items to get a few sellers feedback and then list the boat.
I sold a $4000 Rolex on a new account (1 month old) with only 5 seller feedbacks.

Thanks for the feedback. So from the looks of it, the only way to minimize the risk would be by listing from an older account? Is there any other way? Since waiting a month or more is not possible for me.

Would starting the auction at a low price be a good thing?
