Suspended then Reinstated on Dormant Account
 

Hey everyone!

So I have an account that was about 8 months dormant, before that it was active for about 5-6 months with about 150ish sales and 6-7k in gross. I just started listing on it again and had listed 3 auctions with buy it now.

Nothing happened except I noticed I had to wait 24 hours for listings to show up. Kinda should have figured eBay was treating it like a new account again. OH and I'm a TRS on this account with 100% feedback, PERFECT DSR's. Literally nothing wrong...

About 2 days after my auctions (which are 7 day auctions) I listed a variation of 4 with the price point around $150. Within a hour I got suspended. I DID get it reinstated....

Maybe I'm answering my own question but is it because of the variation? I'm assuming it is, but it's the same product I've sold in the past. Literally nothing has changed...

(Also I always listed on Inkfrog, this was straight off eBay)

Just curious on some others opinions.

probably had to do with your account being dormant for so long, and then you listed a $150 item.

Whatever its only a throw account. Just the fact I was TRS and without an issue made me think the bot would not get triggered. The first lady said a "senior rep" reviewed my account which I knew was bull****. A bot was triggered and I'm sure your right.

I listed 1K in total.

But same type of product, and again squeaky clean account, literally. The bots should not get triggered with these accounts. Preaching to the choir, I know
