call them and have them transfer you to the right department? I would prefer to do it this way, then when they transfer me it seems that I am new and confused to this whole thing. Calling the direct number may not have the same effect....
use the contact us feature. It is the only way unless you have a rep.
Not all accounts will have the option for reinstatement. You usually need an invitation. If you have defects to remove and then ask for reinstatement, then you contact the resolution center.
