what happened to my after my account restricted
 

hello everyone,

i would like to receive urgent help regarding my ebay account.

i was selling on ebay over the last 2 years with good selling acount, how ever 2 weeks ago my account was indefently restricted from selling because of many vero violation.
but my problem is:

when they restricted my account, they had totally removed all the active listing and sold items (removed, not only ended listing, i could not see all my sold items). after that many buyers got paniced and opened case for item not received even that i shipped them item only few days ago. ebay closed the case the same day with refund. i had many transaction for more then 50$ with tracking number show delivered, but even for those cases ebay refunded the buyers.

is it normal all those action for restricted account?

i lost so many $ because of this

Yes that's nornal ebay can refund buyers nothing can be done sorry

If a buyer sees that the item disappeared, he will panic and open a INR case, that's pretty common. So if you want to save your money - withdraw everything once your acc is limited, to protect yourself from unfair claims.

Sorry, this part doesn't make sense - items un-fulfilled and also in transit?
