Good morning, is it possible that my eBay shop was closed due to open WiFi which I was using during my holidays?

Yes it is possible...open WiFi IP is used by public.

That is one possibility but there could be MANY other factors. Cookies, account set up, activity on the account, etc.

Was it a soft suspension due to security reasons or a hard suspension removing all your privileges?

If it's the latter, then there's got to be more to the story.

Then I highly doubt the IP played any part in the suspension.

What did the suspension email say? What MC code did eBay give?
