Is Profit Spy still running?

Hello everyone!

I'm new here and just recently getting into Arbitrage (I know it's late, :laugh:)
I've been research different platform for the listing and scraping tools. I just subscribe to Profit Spy, and I found out that their last update video was almost 1 year ago. After I register and paid for the plan, I did not get my login info. Is this company still running or I got scammed?
