Software for SKU inventory

Hi, anyone could give advice best sofware for SKU management.
Well i have in mind simple and free solution without rocket scientist options what would be very easy to use.
I need it for inventory only.
At the moment using excel...

If you have shipstation over there Shipstation has a good inventory system that will deduct inventory by sku as you sell items.

But we are no US or UK based, so probably Shipstation will not work as we will not link it to any shipping options...

I made a Walmart and Amazon tracking inventory spreadsheet that checks prices and stock availability which gets updated automatically.
