Need Help! EZ Chromium OS build/install instrustions for VMWare

Can someone please point me in the right direction of a tutorial on how to build/install Chromium OS in VMWare that they know works from first hand experience. The Chromium Projects Quick Start Guide isn't very clear to me. If I followed it, it'd be more of an experiment than an install.
