There are many tools out there but this one is my favorite
JPEG & PNG Stripper
Tick the box "Add To Explorer"
Select your images and right click to bring context menu, click Scan with JPEG & PNG Stripper
You can also drag and drop into the program if you are a workaholic

I found with my windows 7, I can delete the info off the picture
without any special programs. Just right click on it and it has an
option to delete personal info.

Does right clicking on a photo, going into properties and details, and deleting all personal details and property make photos safe to use on ebay?

What is the benefit of doing this? I'm sure eBay can still compare the images even if you strip the data, the visual data can still be easily compared.

To avoid links with other accounts photos has to be different and exif data deleted not to be linked via phone/camera details

Ilcaretto - can this be done by right-clicking on a photo, going into properties and details, and deleting all personal details and property? Or best to use a tool like JPEG & PNG Stripper? Thanks!

If you are running photoshop on your mac you can do the following when saving/creating photos -

Save for the Web (Shift + Ctrl + Alt + S) and then choose None for Metadata.

just remember to save in decent quality/size - but you can create a new preset and set it to default.

likewise you could record an action to bulk save as to create new ones in photoshop via record and playback.

Hi I just read this I was pretty sure that I have read in several places and also read in the stealth guild that I bought a few years ago that eBay do not linked accounts via images are they now linking accounts using images as I've used pictures that are used on other accounts? Thanks

Hello There, I have windows 7 as well and have you had 100% success just doing it the old fashion way with "properties and information" and then just remove. The other way doesnt look complicated, It would just take more time. Please reply, Thanks -Marshall
