VMware question regarding Backup

Guys,

I use VMware and it's ****ing gold. I store every machine on a single file. However, regarding backups. Do you think I should make backups after every session or is it enough to make a backup every month. Especially regarding the cookies stored.

Personally i back up mine around once a month to a portable HD or when ever i make any significant changes. I also keep my desktop and laptop updated with the changes, so i can just grab the laptop when i travel and not worry. All the cookies wont match excatly, but there are enough that do to maintain trust...at least works great for me!
