Auctivia Question for end of sales..

Hey guys, new to using Auctivia. I noticed at the end of auctions, the only way to send sales invoices is to go through eBay?

Isn't the whole idea of using Auctivia, not to use eBay? I must be doing something wrong.

When I checked the list of questions on their site, it says, you currently cannot send an invoice through Auctivia.

So is this true guys, or am I doing something wrong?
