Cancelling Orders or Refunding Without eBay/PayPal Login?
 

Is this possible? I am trying to completely get away from needing to log into eBay.

My setup:

-Inkfrog for creating/editing listings
-Shipstation for all shipping labels
-ReplyManager for questions and resolution center
-Autosweep for moving money from PayPal to bank

The only reason I ever have to log into eBay or PayPal now is to issue refunds and cancel orders. I am trying to get to the point where I never need to log in at all and this seems to be the final roadblock.

I know that I can set up a server that I can access remotely which would basically be a windows OS VM to log into eBay/PayPal with but I would like to avoid that because I'm looking to set up something where I can have employees use my stealth accounts with no risks of them getting me linked due to carelessness.

I dont think you can.

How are you auto withdrawing?

PayPal sometimes shows an auto-sweep button somewhere and sometimes doesn't. If you call them they can set it up for you but occasionally they will ask for more information first and you will have to try again another time.

I have never herd of this. So it closed the balance every day like a standard merchant account?

Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account
Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page click “My money”
Hover over “More” near “PayPal balance”
Click “Auto Sweep”
Click ‘Edit’
Click ‘Yes’
Celect the bank you want your money transferred to
Click ‘Save’

If you don't see it, you have to call them to enable it.

WOW! I never knew this. Withdrawing in a pain in the rear on multiple stealth accounts. Thanks Yall!
