Ebay Tool for Returns/Cases for Multiple Stealth
 
Looking for a Tool/Software that'll Be able to see all Returns or Cases for the Ebay accounts,
Currently only been using Inkfrog for Listing/restocking/price change/reply Messages just they dont do cases/returns so keep having to log into accounts


Only one I've seen is ReplyManager,
(Has Anyone ever Used this for their Stealth Accounts?)

I haven't seen one, but I'm not familiar with Replymanager.

it's been a while since I used Auctiva, but have you checked them out?

Auctiva doesn't handle returns or cases. The only way I know to deal with them is to log into the account.

"Reply Manager - eBay returns & cases, Process eBay refunds, manage returns, cancellations and Resolution Center in one place."

That's the best one i've come across. I haven't used it myself, but have had others recommend it to me. You can always try them for free to see if it works for you.
