But really all you have to do is copy and paste the text from github into a text editor like Notepad++, save text as a .bat - click - and give it permission to open (if you have UAC enabled).

Here is a link to download the batch file from google drive if you don't want to, or know how to copy and paste it your self. Remember if you have UAC enabled its going to ask for permission, it has to, its deleting and adding routes in route.exe. Nothing is persistent, it only stores the routes in RAM.
