Auctiva doesn't mark combined items as shipped
 

I've had this problem for a while with Auctiva..Its a bit of a nuisance but I've lived with it. I use Auctiva to print packing slips and mark items shipped within auctiva. However, it seems on sales that have 2 or more items with combined shipping even if I mark it as shipped it re-appears the next day as unshipped. Almost as if Auctiva fails to have Ebay mark the item as shipped. Wondering if anyone as the same issue?

Its a bit of a nuisance because we have to search our shipping log for the buyer and hope he hasn't bought anything else within the last 2 days.
