Cancelling Auctiva Auto Billing.
 

I am moving house at the end of the month. I just had a look on Auctiva and wanted to see if it was possible to cancel repeat billing.

You know what I mean? Like just pay one month, list like crazy then stop auto billing after the one month.

I had a quick look and it seems that once you have inputted your credit card details they are there to stay.

I guess I could easily cancel the credit card but would rather not.

Anyone know how to do this?

I will contact customer support and see what they say.

Already sussed it out. What you have to do is select the free plan. Any membership you have paid will continue but when it runs out you will revery to the free plan.

This is very useful if you are jumping between several ebay accounts.

Also I dont bother with inkfrog anymore as the fees for that are at $14.99 compared with the same from Auctiva at $9.99
