cant list on auctiva

i couldnt list anything on auctiva today. For some reason when I try to list, it says ebay rejected your listing due to a trademark violation in the title or description. But when I went on to ebay, I listed it just fine.

nvm it was ebay asking to fax merchant info

How did you determine that it was Ebay looking for verification. The same thing happened to me and I wonder why?

Once I couldn't list on Auctiva because I was trying to use a different Paypal email address then the one I registered ebay with. Plus you have to accept Paypal or it won't let you list.

whenver theres a problem listing just log into the ebay account and press sell, then try to list the same type of item, you should get a better description of the error than through auctiva.

filed a support ticket and thats what auctiva told me
