Auctiva Invoices

tonight is the first chance i have to test out sending invoice or checking the status of my closed auctions. does it take a while for the closed ebay auctions to post to auctiva?
i have auctiva set-up so it will automatically send invoices to my buyers. do those get send immediately, or do those also take hours after the auction to be sent?

where do I find auctiva invoices, cant see them
