Is Anyone Else Having This Auctiva Problem?
 

i list strictly with auctiva. i sell 2 different types of products, on 2 different ebay accounts. one takes paypal, the other doesn't. the one that does not take paypal i am having a problem with. after the auction closes i go to send the invoice through ebay, and the shipping price is not pre-filled. i have to manually type in the shipping cost for each invoice.

of course i emailed ebay and asked if they knew how to fix it, and they sent me a auto-response email, that didn't even come close to answering my question. it's really pathetic that you have to get ebay customer service from outside sources,

any way, does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem may be? i list in dutch style auctions.
