Cann't use auctiva list at ebay?
 

I was open a new ebay account to sell some stuff, when i use auctiva to list, it says that ''To help new sellers like you get used to selling and delivering the level of customer service you need to succeed, we place selling limits on accounts. You’re currently limited to 10 items per month. As a new seller, you need to establish a positive selling history and show that you're able to meet the needs of your customers before you can use a listing tool. Please try listing your item again using Sell Your Item on eBay.co.uk.''

But i do not want to use Sell Your Item on ebay site, anybody kown how can i use auctiva to list??

I'm having a similar issue on anew account, but it only started after I listed items fine via auctiva now I'm getting this error any ideas?

been lidsting for over 2 weeks, no issues and now I get this error when items are trying to relist and on any new items I try to list



"To help new private sellers like you get used to selling and delivering the level of customer service you need to succeed, we do not offer bulk editing and listing tools to new private sellers. Since you are new to selling in the UK, you will not be able to use a bulk editing / listing tool at this time. When 90 days have passed after your first sale and you have 10 or more feedback points as a seller (feedback points as a buyer do not count in this case), you will automatically be able to use bulk edit / listing tools. In the meantime, please use the Sell Your Item form or Easy Lister to list your items"

I got the same error when using InkFrog yesterday, when trying to bulk list some auctions.

Is this new then? Does it have anything to do with risk factor or it is just across all new accounts?

Yes, it is new. In fact I can't even list an auction one at a time unless I log into eBay and do it from there, which blows real hard needless to say. It looks like these tools are now useless on new accounts. I was able to do it just fine 2 days ago...
