You can schedule your listings for free using Auctiva

You can create and post your listings using Auctiva without ever having to log into eGay.

its a no brainer if you read the website.

Free and easy to use. It beats turbo lister and you get multiple image based listings for FREEEEEE plus some great templates handy if you are not into code or design.

Yes, agreed--
a.) being able to list "remotely"
b.) free templates--they are really nice.. and Seasonal too.
c.) no charge for picture hosting

Complicated question regarding auctiva: Regarding "list remotely".
I have a private work computer and I have accessed my suspended
account from here. If I create a new ebay account, can I open an auctiva
account and list on work computer? Or am I going to be linked since I've
used old auctiva and old account on this computer before?
