Website Calculates Paypal and Ebay Fee's

I found this site when trying to figure out the Ebay and Paypal Fee's before posting any product on the site. It may or may not be to any use for most but I found it very pleasing.

eBay Fees Calculator 8.2 by Ryan Olbe (updated July 12, 2011)

I believe it also does Amazon and a few others.

I use this site and is great. They also already updated for new spring updates.

This site is kinda inaccurate for me. It's always short of $0.70-$1 with or without the updates.

It seems useful but a bit dated?
It says its just updated Spring 2011 fees.
Is this the latest fees?

AmazonStealth 04-08-2012 07:56 PM

Yes, outdated a tad. But good if you just interested in a general figure.

I've tested the site with items that I've already sold and shipped and it was dead on so it may be outdated but so far it's been good to me.

Does it work for eBay on all sites?
Anyone tried on UK site?

What's the value range of your items?
Maybe it's accurate within a certain range as some people had said its off.

I think it's only Ebay,Paypal, Amazon, Etsy, AlertPay USA sites. The site does offer a Spreadsheet for other countries - eBay Spreadsheet Version 3.1 by Ryan Olbe

My items range from $65 - $140.

dibley69 04-09-2012 05:29 AM

thanks for the spreadsheet, will use over the coming weeks as a backup/general costs etc

Nice stuff - hope it helps.

Keep in mind some calculators online are outdated - so you will be in for a shock when you get fees!

MM78 04-09-2012 07:27 PM

The way I do it, Is I compute the fee's on the site first, after I sell the item I go back and check the actual fees. So far It's dead on. It's probably not 100% accurate but it's a good way to get an estimate on what your fee's will be. Everyone has their own method, this one is mine.
