Inkfrog/Auctiva question
 

Thinking about one of these to upload my listings easier but im wondering as i cant seem to find the answer anywhere can i use these to answer buyer questions and deal with returns or do i still need to log in to ebay

I do not know the answer but as inkfrog is free in the first instance why not try it and see.

I use the paid version of Inkfrog for multiple accounts. Unfortunately you can't reply to questions on Inkfrog. That's one feature that would be huge. The other issue I don't like on Inkfrog is that if you use their gallery to upload photo's so they will integrate inside a template, the file destination show's the lead account and you can't separate between stealths.

Auctiva is the better platform for stealth & offers better service.

GB - with Auctiva can you create seperate users for multiple stealth accounts and then you can log into each one accordingly?

Yup, which is why I refuse to use that piece of crap.

And Auctiva is just a polished turd. There has to be better provider out there. I hate Auctiva - it is so clumsy.

Does anyone use anything else that is in any way decent or easy to use?

I don't believe you can on auctiva, but honestly if you value your accts why take the chance?

I have almost 30 active selling stealth accounts and I have seperate auctiva or inkfrog accounts for each. The time that I've spent to slowly build up each account is not worth trying to save an extra monthly fee if it risks the acct now or in the future.
