Pushauction vs. Inkfrog?
 

I've been using the free 1-month trial at Auctiva on all my stealths now and the ease of use has me addicted. I no longer have the patience for marking 500 items a day as shipped or leaving feedback for 25 transactions at a time.

I'm not paying 10/mo per account for this through Auctiva, and I just started learning Inkfrog but there are so many things wrong with their service its ridiculous. It's less intuitive then a pre-iPod MP3 player. The lack of auto-feedback upon receipt of payment is retarded and out-dated. I still haven't figured out the difference between a Library Item and a Template Item and i've been using the software a week. Applying a "Global"? WT.F is that?!

Anyway, is Pushauction any better? I've read conflicting reports and am looking for more input.

I Like Push Auction better because you can anwser Ebay messages,,to me logging into 1 Place where you can Manage the messages from ALL of your ebay accounts is BIG

Can you have multiple Ebay accts with a one monthly fee?

Wow, I've never heard of these guys. The message handling is my big beef with Inkfrog. I'm going to seriously look into Push Auction. I've sent them a message to ask a few questions, hopefully they can offer me a test drive.

Yes, with both inkfrog and pushauction, but not with auctiva.

is this feature available on all the plans or just the more expensive ones?

Yes I really like pushauction, for V3 pushauction you can have multiple eBay IDs and you can reply message respond dispute handle almost everything from there without having to log in you eBay account.

I also tested the V4, the unique feature I like about pushauction is that you can have Admin user and sub user who can handle limited function and see limit things on your pushauction account etc.

The really worse thing about pushauction is that they never reply your email, I've been sending them email for months not even a single reply, I also called them but they only speak Chinese this really suc, this is why I use Inkfrog for listing and pushauction to respond email.

I'm realizing this right now.

With inkFrog you have to fund EACH eBay acct. profile with a minimum of $25, in order to use inkFrog to ship. You can't spread funds through all of your accounts. Is PushAuction like this too?

I see more people vote for PushAuction I see they have a great package for 29.99$

By the way can you cancel the contract any time?

Use a Prepaid CC to pay for a monthly basis so when the CC runs out of $ you won't have to deal with canceling their monthly charge.

Since learning how to do this on these forums, I'm doing this with any subscription service I sign up for.

My biggest gripe is that Inkfrog only leaves autofeedback when feedback is left for you.

Does pushauction leave autofeedback as soon as payment occurs like Auctiva?

Yes I see this function to leave feedback when payment receive in pushauction
but I also see this auto feedback function to leave feedback after payment receive in eBay.

You need to check this out, I'm sure I see this fuction some where on eBay not sure from eBay it's self or from selling manager free.

if you ship thru inkfrog you can set it to leave feedback when you create the label. i love this feature

No they will not... i just sign up great future and you can manage unlimited accounts without even changing your ip

well Push Auction is better because you can anwser Ebay messages as i know but costumer service is sucks as somebody mentioned above anyway i will give a try first month should be free so nothing to lose

Nope I use to use auctiva but they kept suspending my accounts because they thought a third party was using my account!

Pretty interesting info - I also was worried about potential linking but I am pleased to see that these services do not.

I wanna test it out though. I need to know for sure. USERS NEED TO POST MORE INFO!!

Push auction will NOT cause your Ebay accounts to get linked together,,,I do NOT know about inkfrog,or Auctiva

Have you had suspended ebay accounts under the same PushAuction account and still using more ebay accounts under the same PushAuction account!?

Yes! one of my account was suspended and others are just fine.
but something weired happen, my account got suspended for no reason after I sign up at pushauction I receive so many spam emails?? no idea why my account was 100% feedback no claims at all.

eBay say the suspect my selling activity and my account was suspended forever! no way I can restore them.

I am looking for a new eBay tools something like pushauction that I can handle multiple ebay accounts, message and ebay dispute integration.

Right now pushauction cannot handle any eBay dispute, in V3 dispute shows but you cannot close or do anything there.

Let me know if you found one. Really thinking about joining pushauction.

yea shoot2kill they a sucks i think their site does not work properly....I listed a few times and some items i can see on ebay some i can not.....so i think inkfrog is much better

Because it is hidden for us RED NAME people lol. I really want to use PushAuction! I want to use the $30 plan so I can manage all messages from there! I used INKFROG once before. I was using Auctiva for all my accounts in 2009!

Instead of trusting a 3rd party site with your hard work building accounts, why not take the longer but SAFER route? Who knows what info they currently share or will share with eBay in the future.

However, I heard Push Auction is the best deal around. I read about Inkfrog making you pay $25 minimum per eBay acct you have, which is bad. I heard Auctiva is pretty good too. Take the chance and keep us updated.
