Software to show your weekly profits etc

Hi,

Anybody know any software out there that will pull down your sales automactically work out ebay and paypal fees, and give you your profits.

I know there is calculators to do this item by item but im looking for something that will do ALL sales, and automated.

Thanks

Ebay sales reports

accounting assistant is a free ebay tool. It will download the data into something like quickbooks. I tried to do all that and make it more complicated than necessary. quickbooks is really good for keeping a database of customer info though. You have to run the tool manually but it's not that bad. Just have to remember to do it regularly as the data is only available for 60 days or so. If you use paypal for everything you could just download the transactions into excel. I print off my monthly ebay statements just to have in case.

I am very satisfied with ShipWorks. All eBay sales are downloaded automatically. You can do all of your communication out of the software. It is even possible to print postage with USPS, UPS and FedEx. Tracking numbers are automatically send to the buyer and are being linked to the transaction.

ShipWorks Shipping Software for eBay, Miva Merchant, Marketworks, OSCommerce, ShopSite, and Yahoo! Stores

It is not free, but you pay by volume. Is it worth it? Yes, it saves you much time and improves the over-all communication with your customers.

If using quickbooks with ebay accounting assistant to transfer the data would there be anything worry about ebay tracking you? ie if you'e using it for multiple accounts

As for anyone that has tried ShipWorks.

Is this usable with our ebay stealth accounts? IE, they dont share information with each other other then the user name.

"Match eBay sales transactions to customers-even combine multiple eBay User IDs into one account"

I'll be sure to tell them that when they link one of my accounts

JamesYaBaoy 10-25-2008 09:18 PM

Accounting Assistant automatically captures and stores eBay sales and fee information associated with your User ID shown to the left. If you have multiple eBay accounts, you can add User IDs to combine your account information.

Adding another eBay User ID requires you to re-login to authenticate the account.

Any action taken here (adding, removing, or linking User IDs) does not in any way affect your account(s) on the eBay Marketplace.

are you talking about the software found here:
eBay AUCTION BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE TIME SAVER! C - eBay (item 250312843124 end time Nov-20-08 17:30:08 PST)
I own this and it does not automatically import my data. I bought it about 2 years ago so maybe they have upgraded the software but as far as I know its all manual.

never mind you are talking about this. eBay: Accounting Assistant

keepmore.net along with quickbooks works with accounting assistant. 20 bucks a month for keepmore.net seems kind of pricey. I am planning on cranking up sales for the holidays so I might purchase a copy of quickbooks and automate my accounting.
When I sold in higher volumes I remember my books were always a pain.

jd.gonzales 01-30-2009 05:31 PM

Am using "all my auction for seller" from rajeware.com.. it's automatic software..

yaw1800 01-30-2009 09:57 PM

That site looks very insecure, actually just too basic
Whats the pricing after the trial?

chicken_house_man 02-01-2009 01:20 PM

How about Tradebox for Sage?

suspended user 02-11-2009 07:35 AM

Prior to being suspended I was using SHIPWORKS which is a nice tool to work with when doing volume and makes life easier. What I am wondering is if this is an OK application for using stealth accounts.

IE does this work like Auctiva where you are able to use it without them sharing info (ip address, cookies, ect) with ebay.
Is there anyone that can supply some info on this.
Thanks in advance
