Stock control software

Hey all

Cant seem to find an answer searching forums , are third party stock management software safe to use with stealth accounts?

Software that keeps track of new orders, let you print labels, manage stock and updates ebay automatically , think they use the eBay API

Just want to make sure it wont get my stealth accounts shut down by linking via IP if I use my main PC to access the third party software
