I need listing software that also automates picture uploading

I include a lot of pictures with each of my auction listings. I also use Auctiva for my listing service. Uploading my hundreds of photo's, and then linking each of those photo's to each auction, is a major chore and very time consuming.

Since all the photo's originate on my pc, I'd like to find some listing software that allows me create my listing, and "point" to the photos on my pc. Then, I'd create another listing, and again "point" to that listing's photo's on my pc.

Then, when I'm done creating those local listings, I'd press "go", and all the images would get uploaded, linked to the auction, and the listing gets posted.

Is there any software out there that does this that anyone is aware of?

Anyone else out there using a lot of photo's with your auctions?
Doesn't that just kill your time to post auctions?

Here's my drill....

I have thousands of items in inventory, that I need to post to eb.

1) Go to storage unit, and bring home 40 items.
2) Take item #1 and record a description about it on paper, and inspect for blemishes unique attributes.
3) Give it a unique inventory ID.
4) Go back to step #2 until done.

5) Take about 10 photo's of each item. Photo's are key with my stuff.
6) Rename each photo to equal its inventory ID (23a, 23b, 23c...)
7) Crop each photo.
8) Resize each photo to 1280 x 1024
9) Upload all to Auctiva (since Auctiva only allows 35mb's to be uploaded per session, this is the step that can take forever...., or longer if auctiva is having issues or heavy use.
10) Create auctiva auctions, and post. Because of step #6, it's easy to find my pictures on Auctiva to match with the auction I'm making.

Anyone see where I could streamline things?
