hotlink software?

I have never used any ebay listing software before but I had a custom HTML template created for my listings. I want to know if there is software that will change out HTML links and commands (such as descriptions) quickly and efficiently. Ideally, a program that "hotlinks" things I change from listing to listing such as product details and image host links. Any help would be appreciated.
