Custom emails
 

Does anyone know if its possible with auctiva to create custom emails and send them to multiple winning buyers?

I want to create an email that lets the buyers know when their item has been shipped.

If I go to sales > transactions, then select multiple recipients and then select email buyer, it only lets me select the default email templates and these cannot be modified.

If its not possible, are there any other solutions?

I managed to work it out, the UI and layout is terrible.

Most of the information here is free, people are willing to help each other, thats the whole point of the community. Another member sent me an email with a solution, but I think I'll stick with auctiva for now.
