eBay Shipping label problem zebra LP2844

Anyone having trouble printing out shipping labels this morning via eBay? I'm using zebra LP2844. The label will not load/show on the screen so it can be printed.

Thanks for your response. Yes, i was able to print out shipping labels using that method, but the next day the picture stops showing again, that's why I post this. I really hope they already took care of the problem before I come back on the 25th.
