I dont know if its allowed or not but I d love to introduce to You tool that I made called keysender.co.uk.

It supports sellers with automatic digital goods delivery via ebay inbox and paypal email.

Also contains few security modules which may prevent unauthorized transactions like:
- Buyer feedback limit - You can set minimum feedback required, so buyers with low amount of feedbacks will receive the code, only if You accept them.
- new ebay users acceptance - You can either accept purchase made by new users or not
- quantity limit per buyer - Amount of items each customer will be limited to buy on Your listing

In theory yes you can, in reality a lot of accounts get shut down because of it.

Really best to avoid it.

So there is no way to sell digital goods, as Antivirus, without being suspended? I got MC999 message twice with only one 7 day suspension.

No solution for selling?

Yes, stop selling digital goods until you have a solid account or.....stop completely.
