Still get API error after I verified my Paypal

ok. for some reason my ebay account was not added to my paypal info. problem solved.

The only way to lift the $500 limit is to give my SS#.
Looks like *they* have all the bases covered with these new rules to lift the limit.
I don't think you have to worry about them asking for your SS#.
