Question about Overseas Auctiva Listing

I have a business partner overseas, and I do need him sometime help me to list item on ebay through auctiva.

My question is if not using VPN to get an USA IP, and listing items only through auctiva, will be any potential problems?

By the way, my overseas partner will not log in the ebay / paypal account using his local IP. But still want to make sure there will is no potential risks here.

Please reply if you have similar experience, or any advise or opinion helpful
