Can we bypass restrictions with Auctiva?
 
It seems that the restriction even on nike products are targeted.

If we post with auctiva on the limited items via auctiva again.. will this raise red flags on ebay grounds?

Even when posting through Auctiva you are still likely to be hit with the 30 day listing limit.
Auctiva does NOT help avoid this at all that I know of.
Personally I have a few accounts that list through Auctiva that are on the 30 day limit for different items.
In my case it is item specific. I can't list item "A" but I can still list item "B".
