Can't set up inkfrog with my account

I'm trying to link my inkfrog account with my ebay account but it wont let me. I know my ebay username and password are correct but it wont let me sign in. I'm in the UK but inkfrog directs me to the ebay.com website when I try to generate a token. I don't know if that has something to do with it?
