Problem with Auctiva token

Hello all
I've register a new eBay account and go to register Auctiva account immediately, but when I try to generate Auctiva token... eBay force me to identity with phone call. It's happen to me 2 time on 2 eBay account.

Is this situation happen to everybody?

if you're trying to set up a seller's account, you have to go through phone number verification.

Happens on every seller account opened in the last 8-10 months.
