I am struggling with feedback on auctiva. it lets me save default feedback but doesnt leave it, have tried to do unique feedback per sale, but cant, have checked their help pages and it says, click sales, transactions, and thats fine then it says click box next to auction, and the auctions are not ther, they are all under closed auctions, but not under transactions, Ive messed around so much with it think Ive made it worse put everything under imported folders but only some are showing now????

Are you using the Auctive Checkout option?
Or do you have it disabled?

no, I have auctiva checkout disabled

With the Auctiva checkout disabled Auctiva does not know that there have been any transactions.
Just closed listings.
So you will see closed listings but never a transactions.

I have all mine set up to NOT use Auctiva checkout also.

ok, its working now, I pressed something and its all working, think Ive now got it on default now, so it automatically gives feedback once some is left for me, thanks for replying HWGA, as always.
