Resolution & Messages Managing Software - eBay
 

Hi,

We have been using replymanager to manage eBay resolution centre & messages, but recently they have increased their price for unlimited eBay id's to $249usd/month, which is too high. It was $59-69 previously

Does anyone know of any alternative software or managing tools that can manage the resolution centre (open/close cases) & respond directly to eBay messages?

2nd to this, if anyone knows of a way to automate 2nd chance offers to buyers this would be excellent

I am also in similar situation. I am also looking for a tool/software which can be used to reply ebay emails and access to ebay resolution centre.

I used trial version of replymanager but was not impressed by this because the layout of their website is not user friendly, text is too too small and i started to get headaches and blurry vision.

Guys please suggest something.
